DRAGON FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Makes: 1 serving Takes: 5 minutes
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen dragon fruit (I get the Goya pitaya)
1/4 cup blueberries, peaches, pineapple or whatever you can find around the house
1/3 cup milk or coconut water
Scoop of greek yogurt (optional)
Add banana, dragon fruit and any other fruit to a blender and process. Add any liquids and continue to blend. Add more yogurt to thicken. Add more milk or coconut water to thin. Enjoy!
