FIG AND BLUE CHEESE CROSTINI

​Takes: 20 minutes
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 package of blue cheese (about 5 oz)
  • 1 cup of fresh figs, sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  1. ​​Preheat oven to 350°. Cut baguette into thin slices, place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 5-8 minutes, until slightly golden and crispy.
  2. Spread blue cheese on each toast and top with one or two fig slices. Bake for 5 more minutes to melt the cheese and warm through. Serve warm.
