The fastest way to a filling breakfast.

OVERNIGHT OATS

Makes: 1 serving
Takes: 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (optional)
  • Banana or other fruit of choice for serving
  • Maples syrup for serving
  1. Combine 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of milk in a jar or tupperware with a lid. Mix in a teaspoon of peanut butter. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, mix up the oats and serve with bananas and a swirl of maple syrup.
