PB&J SMOOTHIE
Makes: 1 serving
Takes: 10 minutes
1 frozen banana
Handful of strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
Scoop of vanilla greek yogurt
1/3 cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender and process.
Add more yogurt or milk to thicken or thin. Enjoy!
