PB&J SMOOTHIE

Tastes like dessert. Healthy like breakfast.

PB&J SMOOTHIE

Makes: 1 serving
Takes: 10 minutes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Scoop of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and process. 
  2. Add more yogurt or milk to thicken or thin. Enjoy!
